We welcome prospective members to come along and train in our facilities for a free session in order to help you make your decision to join us. If you are new to weightlifting we will go through the equipment and basic training principles with you. Make this the year you take control of your strength and fitness goals, and train with the best.
To apply for membership, please download and print the form most suitable to your membership type and print it out. Complete all details on the form and ensure it is signed and witnessed. The completed form must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org for consideration.
If your application is successful you will be informed within two working days. If you are a new member, an induction will be arranged where you will learn about all of the equipment in the gym, and receive basic use training. In addition a key or security token will be given to you for entry to the gym for all of your future sessions
